Heartsaver CPR AED First Aid Certification Overview

Heartsaver CPR AED First Aid Certification uses the American Heart Association blended-learning format, combining a self-paced online course with an in-person Instructor-led hands-on skills session.

After successfully completing the required online portion, students attend their scheduled session with an AHA Instructor to complete the required hands-on skills practice and skills testing.

After successfully completing all course requirements, students receive an AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course Completion Card valid for two years.

• Response to injury emergencies

• CPR skills for adults, children, and infants when included in the selected course
