Permanent Makeup Training

• Students must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide a Valid ID or Drivers License
• Students are required to take an approved Tattoo Artist Blood-borne pathogens course prior to course start date. Students are required to provide a copy of course completion certificate to complete enrollment Must be a Florida approved course
• Complete the tattoo artist license application for the state of Florida
• Once student has provided all required documents they will be accepted into the course

1. Register for the bloodborne pathogen course at https://blxtraining.com/course/bloodborne-pathogens-communicable-diseases-for-florida-tattoo-artists/ Course cost is $49.50 and may pay by credit/debit card.
2. Download and complete the Florida State tattoo license cost is $60 https://www.floridahealth.gov/environmental-health/tattooing/tattoo-artist.html

We use a digital learning platform called Canvas with Milady learning content. The platform is loved by both students and instructors. It helps us seamlessly train students using a combination of digital learning, hands-on learning, and Instructor  instruction. 

3 Weeks @ 33 hours per week

• 38 hours of online didactic learning
• 42 hours hands-on learning on campus
• 20 hours of Stimulation Practice on practice latex “skins” 

Weeks 1 & 2: 

• On Campus Monday & Wednesday, 6pm-10pm
• 22 hours per week of Online Theory Self-Study Learning on Canvas
• 5 hours per week of Home Stimulation Practice Tattoo Machine with Skins

Week 3: 

• 10 hours of Home Stimulation Practice with Skins
• On Campus Monday 10am – 3:30pm
• On Campus Model Days Wednesday  & Friday 9am-6pm
