Admissions & Pre-Enrollment Requirements
Before starting the Cosmetic Tattoo Artist Program at Altruistic Beauty Academy, students are required to complete the following steps to meet Florida Department of Health regulations and academy policy:

Register for the Florida Bloodborne Pathogen Course:
Visit BLX Training and register for the required course. The cost is $49.50, payable by credit/debit card. -
Download and Complete the Florida Tattoo License Application:
Visit the Florida Department of Health Tattoo Artist page to download and complete the license application. The cost is $60. -
Email Your Documents:
Submit your completed certificate and application to: rachel.m@altruistic.academy
These steps must be completed before your first day of class.
